The Wishlist Reports dashboard helps track customer interest, product demand, and conversion performance from your Wishlist feature.

How to Access Wishlist Reports

You can view reports using either of these methods:

  1. From Notify Me! Home

    • Open the Notify Me! app.

    • On the home screen, locate the Wishlist card.

    • Click the See Reports button.

  2. From the Wishlist Home Page

    • Navigate to the Wishlist tab.

    • At the top, find the Quick Reports section.

    • Click any report summary to explore detailed insights.

    • You’ll also see Most Attracted Products in the middle of the page, showcasing your most popular items.

Types of Wishlist Reports

Order Report
Tracks purchases made through Wishlist interactions.
Includes:

  • Orders Trend (Coming soon): Line chart showing daily Wishlist-generated orders.

  • Order Value (Coming soon): Total revenue from Wishlist orders.

  • Order Details Table: Displays purchased products, customer contact info, order date, prices, and total order value.

Product Report
Shows which products are most frequently added to wishlists.
Includes:

  • Wished Products Trend (Coming soon): Daily chart of product additions to wishlists.

  • Wished Item Status (Coming soon): Breakdown of wishlist items by product status (e.g., in stock, out of stock).

  • Wished Products Table: Displays product name, total times wished, current stock, and status (e.g., available, sold out). Filters allow sorting by stock status or product activity.

Wishlist's Report
Shows details of customer-created lists.
Includes:

  • Wishlist and Actions Trend (Coming soon): Daily chart of list creation and actions.

  • Wishlist Detail Table: Displays list name, customer, active items, and wishlist actions.
