Understanding Wishlist Reports

The Wishlist Reports dashboard helps you track customer interest, product demand, and conversion performance from your Wishlist feature.

How to Access Wishlist Reports

You can view reports using either of these methods:

From Notify Me! Home

  1. Open the Notify Me! app.

  2. On the home screen, locate the Wishlist card.

  3. Click the See Reports button.

From the Wishlist Home Page

  1. Navigate to the Wishlist tab.

  2. At the top of the page, you’ll see the Quick Reports section.

  3. Click any report summary to explore detailed insights.

📊 You’ll also find a section titled Most Attracted Products in the middle of the Wishlist page, showing your most popular items.

Types of Wishlist Reports

Order Report

Tracks purchases made through Wishlist interactions.

Includes:

  • Orders Trend: (Coming soon)

    A line chart showing the number of Wishlist-generated orders per day.

  • Order Value: (Coming soon)

    Total revenue generated from Wishlist orders.

  • Order Details Table:

    Displays:

    • Purchased product(s)

    • Customer contact info

    • Order date

    • Product prices

    • Total order value

Product Report

Shows which products are most frequently added to wishlists.

Includes:

  • Wished Products Trend: (Coming soon)

    A daily chart of how often products are added to Wishlists.

  • Wished Item Status: (Coming soon)

    A breakdown of Wishlist items by current product status (e.g. in stock, out of stock).

  • Wished Products Table:

    Includes:

    • Product name

    • Total times wished

    • Current stock

    • Status (e.g. available, sold out)

You can also apply filters to sort reports by stock status or product activity.

Wishlists Report

Shows lists created by your customer and their detail.

Includes:

  • Wishlist and Actions Trend: (Coming soon)

    A daily chart of how much list created and actions activity.

  • Wishlists Detail Table:

    Includes:

    • List name

    • Customer

    • Active items

    • Wishlist action
