1. How to Enable Wishlist for the Home Page
To activate the wishlist button on your storefront's main landing page, follow these steps:
Open the Notify Me! app in your Shopify admin.
Select Wishlist from the left-hand navigation menu.
On the Wishlist dashboard, click the Settings button.
Locate the Visibility section and click Edit. The "Manage wishlist visibility" window will open.
Check the box for Home Page.
Click Save to apply the changes to your live site.
2. Customizing the Home Page Appearance
You can define a unique look for the wishlist button on your home page to ensure it complements your site’s design.
From the Wishlist dashboard, click Customize appearance.
In the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Widgets > Buttons > Home page.
Adjust the following settings:
Icon: Select the icon style that best fits your brand (e.g., Heart, Star, etc.).
Position: Determine where the icon appears on your product cards (e.g., Top right, Bottom left).
Display Style:
Icon only: For a sleek, integrated look.
Icon with background: Adds a solid background shape to the icon, ensuring it remains visible over vibrant hero images or product photography.
Review the look in the live preview area and click Save in the top right corner.
