Enhance your customers' shopping experience by allowing them to save their favorite items directly from your collection pages. This feature reduces friction, allowing shoppers to curate their wishlist without ever leaving the product grid.
Overview
By enabling the Wishlist on Collection Pages, a small heart (or custom icon) will appear on every product card within a collection. This makes it easier for customers to browse quickly and save items for later, increasing the likelihood of return visits and future conversions.
1. How to Enable Wishlist for Collection Pages
To turn on the wishlist button for your collection and home pages, follow these steps:
Open the Notify Me! app in your Shopify admin.
Navigate to the Wishlist section from the left-hand sidebar.
On the Wishlist dashboard, click the Settings button.
In the Visibility card by clicking Edit, a modal titled "Manage wishlist visibility" will appear.
Check the box for Collection Page. (You can also enable it for the Home Page here).
Click Save.
2. Customizing the Appearance
You can style the wishlist button to match your brand's aesthetic.
From the Wishlist dashboard, click Customize appearance.
In the left-hand menu, go to Widgets > Buttons > Collection pages.
Customize the following options:
Icon: Choose your preferred icon (e.g., a Heart).
Position: Choose where the icon sits on the product image (e.g., Top right, Top left).
Display Style:
Icon only: A clean, minimal look.
Icon with background: Adds a square backing to the icon to make it pop against busy product images.
Preview your changes in the central mockup area and click Save in the top right corner.
