How to Set Up Product-Specific Low Stock Alerts

1. Open the Notify Me! App

  • Go to the Low Stock section from the left-hand sidebar.

2. Access Alert Settings

  • Click the Settings button within the Low Stock tab.

3. Configure the ‘Applies To’ Setting

In the ‘Applies To’ dropdown, choose:

  • All in-stock products – Alerts apply storewide.

  • All in-stock products, except any items from… – Exclude specific products from receiving alerts.

4. Exclude Products (Optional)

If excluding items:

  • Select the second option in the dropdown.

  • Manually add the products you want to exclude.

These products will not show alerts, even when low in stock.
