In the PreOrder Widget Settings, the Pre-order Confirmation Notification section allows you to:
Choose your notification channel: Click Edit to select whether preorder confirmations are sent via Email, SMS, or both.
Customize the notification appearance: Click Customize Appearance to edit the content and design of the confirmation message for each channel. You can tailor the message style separately for Email and SMS (Read this article for more explanation).
This helps ensure customers receive clear, branded confirmation messages when placing a pre-order.
