The Sent Notifications section provides insights into all notifications sent to customers related to pre-orders. It includes both a visual chart and a detailed table to help you track and evaluate communication performance.

Sent Notifications Chart

This chart shows the total number of notifications sent through each channel over a selected time period:

  • Channels Tracked: Email, SMS, Push

  • Includes:

    • Successfully sent notifications

    • Failed delivery attempts

Use this chart to identify trends in notification activity and monitor channel performance.

Sent Notifications Table

The table displays detailed information about each individual notification sent. Columns include:

  • Product: The product linked to the notification.

  • Contact Point: The customer’s contact detail (e.g., email or phone number).

  • Notification Type: The kind of notification sent. Options include:

    • PreOrder Confirmation

    • PreOrder Delay

  • Sent On: Date the notification was sent.

  • Notification Status: The delivery or engagement status, which can include:

    • Sent

    • Delivered

    • Failed

    • Opened

    • Clicked

    • Ordered

    • Forbidden content
