What Information Does the Sent Notifications Section in Back-in-Stock Quick Reports Provide?

In the Sent Notifications section, you can view the total number of notifications sent to customers, including back-in-stock alerts, thank-you messages, GDPR compliance notifications, resends, and reminders. This section contains both a chart and a table displaying detailed information.

Sent Notifications Chart

This chart shows the number of notifications sent through the selected channels over the specified time period. It displays both notifications sent successfully and those that failed to be sent.

Sent Notifications Table

In this table, you can see detailed information about each sent notification. As shown in the example image below, the table includes the following columns:

  1. Requested Product – Shows the product associated with the notification.

  2. Contact Point – Displays the contact information of the customer to whom the notification was sent.

  3. Notification Type – Indicates the type of notification sent, which can be:

    • First Back-in-Stock

    • Reminder Notification

    • Thank-You Message

    • GDPR Compliance

    • Resend and Reminder

  4. Sent On – Shows the date the notification was sent.

  5. Notification Status – Displays the status of the notification. Statuses can include Sent, Delivered, Failed, Opened, and Clicked.
