How to resend Back in Stock notifications
Open your Notify Me! app and go to the Back in Stock tab.
Click View report under Sent notifications in Quick reports.
Browse the list of previously sent notifications.
Select the notifications you want to resend by checking the boxes.
(Optional) Use filters to target specific notifications by product, date, or customer segment, then select the filtered results.
Click the Resend button.
The selected notifications will be sent again to customers.
Important notes
You can only resend first Back in Stock notifications, not GDPR or thank you messages.
Avoid resending too soon; allow time for customers to respond.
Use the resend feature sparingly to avoid appearing spammy.
