If you’re new to Notify Me! or switching from another back-in-stock service, you can import your existing subscriber list to continue notifying customers seamlessly.
Steps to import your subscriber list
Go to the Back in Stock section in your Notify Me! app.
Click on Import Requests.
Download the sample CSV template provided.
Prepare your CSV file
The sample CSV file includes these 5 required columns:
email
: Subscriber’s email address (e.g.,[email protected]
).product_url
: URL of the product requested (e.g.,https://devstore-17.myshopify.com/products/awesome-shoe?variant=37969409802410
).phone_number
: Subscriber’s phone number with+
prefix (e.g.,+219386438029
).subscribe_at
: Date of request (format:YYYY-MM-DD
, e.g.,2021-04-13
).1
: Column number placeholder.
Important notes:
The column names must exactly match the sample file.
You may include extra columns, but these 5 columns must be present.
If you don’t have phone numbers, include the
phone_number
column and leave it empty.The
subscribe_at
field should only contain the date (not time).Phone numbers must start with
+
.
Adjust your existing file to match this structure before uploading.

Import your CSV file
Click Add file and select your prepared CSV file.
Click Import requests.
What happens after importing?
You will receive a confirmation email if your file was added successfully.
After processing, you will receive a second email showing:
The number of rows successfully imported.
Any rows with issues and the details of those issues so you can correct and re-import them.
These emails will be sent to your Notify Me! contact email (check under Settings > Notifications to view or update this email).
View your imported subscribers
Once imported, you can view your requests under the Back in Stock tab by clicking Requests in Quick reports. Your subscribers will now be ready to receive notifications from Notify Me!.
