You can easily export your Back in Stock subscriber list to a CSV file for data analysis in a spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel.
Steps to Export Your Subscriber List
Select Back in Stock in your app.
Click View report under the Requests option in Quick reports.
You will receive an email with a download link shortly.
Click the link in the email to download your CSV report.
Once downloaded, you can open the CSV file in Excel or your preferred spreadsheet tool.
What’s Included in the CSV File?
Your exported CSV file will include the following columns:
Product URL: The link to the product the subscriber requested (e.g.,
https://demo.notify-me.myshopify.com/products/tennis-is-my-love
).Email: The subscriber’s email address (e.g.,
[email protected]
).Phone Number: The subscriber’s phone number (e.g.,
359724673302
).Subscribed At: The date the subscriber made the request (e.g.,
2021-04-13
).Status: The status of the subscriber’s request.
Product Title: The name of the requested product (e.g.,
Tennis is my love - Vinyl Sticker
).Variant Title: The specific product variant the subscriber requested.
Product Status: The product’s status in your Shopify admin (e.g.,
Active
,Draft
).Product Type: The product type as listed in Shopify (e.g.,
Suits
,Dresses
).Vendor: The vendor of the requested product.
SKU: The SKU of the product variant, if applicable.
