Where to Find Request Status Distribution:

  1. Navigate to the Requests Page:

    • From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Apps.

    • Select Notify Me!.

    • Click on the Back in Stock tab.

    • In the Quick reports section, click on Requests.

    • On the Requests page, you will find the Request Status Distribution section on the right side, displaying the breakdown of request statuses.

  1. Good (>15%):

    • Indicates a high level of efficiency in converting notifications to orders.

    • Most requests that were notified have led to sales, showing effective customer engagement.

  2. Moderate (5% - 15%):

    • Suggests a decent conversion rate but highlights room for improvement.

    • Pay attention to the processes to identify and enhance areas that could boost conversions.

  3. Poor (<5%):

    • Indicates a low conversion rate from notifications to orders.
