How to View and Use the Total Revenue Report for Pre-orders in Notify!

The Total Revenue report helps you view all the pre-orders made using the Notify! app. In this section, you can see:

  • All pre-order details

  • Orders count

  • Total order value

  • Individual order breakdown

This report is useful for understanding your pre-order performance and managing fulfillment more efficiently.

Where to Find the Pre-order Total Revenue Report

Step-by-step:

  1. From your Shopify Admin, go to Apps.

  2. Click Notify! Back in Stock | Pre-order.

  3. Go to the PreOrder tab.

In the Quick Reports section, click Total Revenue.

You’ll be taken to the Pre-order Orders Report, which provides detailed info about each pre-order and the total revenue generated.

Understanding the Pre-order Orders Report

This report includes:

  • Product Ordered: Product name and image.

  • Order Date: When the pre-order was placed.

  • Contact Point: Customer’s email and phone number.

  • Total Revenue: Revenue generated by each pre-order.

Note: If a customer cancels via the "Cancel Pre-order" button, the order will be shown as crossed out and marked as Cancelled.
