Where to Find the Pre-order Orders Report:

  1. Navigate to the Pre-order Tab:

    • From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Apps.

    • Select Notify! Back in Stock | Pre-order.

    • Click on the PreOrder tab.

  2. Accessing the Orders Report:

    • In the Quick Reports section, click on Total Revenue.

    • This will take you to the Pre-order Orders Report where you can view detailed information about each pre-order and the total revenue generated from pre-orders.


Understanding the Pre-order Orders Report:

The Pre-order Orders Report provides key details for each pre-order, including:

  • Product Ordered: Name and image of the pre-ordered product.

  • Order Date: The date when the pre-order was placed.

  • Contact point: Email and phone number customer has placed the order with.

  • Total Revenue: The total revenue generated from each pre-order.


Note: When a customer cancels their order with preorder notification cancel button the order will be crossed out and specified as cenclled in the table.
