1. What is an Offer?
An Offer is a selling plan in the new multi-offer Pre‑Order system. Unlike the previous single-plan structure, you can now create multiple Offers, each with unique settings and applied only to selected products.
2. When Should You Create a New Offer?
You should create separate Offers when:
Different products need different discounts, billing, or fulfillment rules.
You want to segment pre-order campaigns (e.g., Holiday Collection Pre‑Orders vs Regular Restock Pre‑Orders).
3. Step-by-Step: Creating an Offer
Step 1 – Go to Offers Table
Navigate to the Home page in the app.
Press the Add Offer button on the top right of the page.
Note: Before creating an offer make sure the products you want to add to the offer are not in an active offer. If they are, deactivate the offer or exclude the products and then proceed to create the offer.
Step 3 – Name the Offer
Enter a unique name (required).
Offer names cannot duplicate existing Offer names.
This name is only for internal use and is not visible to customers.
Step 4 – Select Products (“Include For”)
By default, new Offers apply to no products (0 included).
Click Edit to open the product picker.
Choose the products or variants you want this Offer to apply to.
Save your selection; included products will appear in the Offer’s product list.
Step 5 – Configure Logic & Settings
Set the following per Offer:
Billing Policy (e.g., full payment upfront, partial payment).
Discount Policy (e.g., fixed discount, percentage discount, no discount).
Delivery & Fulfillment Rules (expected fulfillment date, behavior after stock is replenished).
Inventory reserve preferences(Reserve on sale or Reserve on fulfillment)
Step 6 – Save and Activate
Click Save.
The new Offer is automatically Active and applies its logic to the selected products.
4. Configuring Offer Settings
To edit an Offer:
Open the Offers Table (Home page → See All).
Click on the Offer name.
Adjust settings (logic, product inclusion) as needed.
Save changes.
Offers can be set Active, Inactive, or may enter Action Required status (if rules are unmet—e.g., pre-order limit reached or widget disabled).
5. Managing Included Products
Use Include For selection to choose products specific to each Offer.
Products cannot belong to multiple Offers simultaneously.
Use the Search bar to find products by Product ID or Variant ID.
6. Offer Status & Actions
Active – Offer is live; pre-order button appears on included products.
Inactive – Offer paused; pre-order button is removed.
Action Required – Offer requires action (limit reached, service misconfigured).
