1. Introduction

After creating one or more Offers, you can manage them anytime via the Offers Table on the Home page or in the See All Offers view.

This article explains the actions available for managing Offers: Edit, Deactivate, Delete, and Bulk Actions.


2. How to Edit an Offer

  1. Go to Home → Offers Table (or click See All to view all Offers).

  2. Click on the Offer name to open its details page.

  3. Make changes to:

    • Offer name (must remain unique)

    • Included products (using the Applied to selector)

    • Offer logic: billing, discount, fulfillment rules, Reserve on fulfillment

  4. Click Save to apply updates.

  • Changes are applied immediately to included products.


3. How to Deactivate an Offer

  • To pause an Offer without deleting it:

  1. In the Offers Table, click the select box next to the Offer.

  2. Select Deactivate.

  3. Confirm the action.

Result: The Offer status changes to Inactive; pre‑order buttons are removed from its products. You can reactivate the Offer later by editing.


4. How to Delete an Offer

  • To permanently remove an Offer:

  1. In the Offers Table, click the three-dot menu (•••) next to the Offer.

  2. Select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Important: Deleting an Offer cannot be undone. The Offer’s logic and product associations are erased, and pre‑order buttons are removed.


5. Using Bulk Actions

  • The Offers Table supports Bulk Actions for Deactivate and Delete:

  1. Check the boxes next to one or more Offers.

  2. Choose Deactivate or Delete.

  3. Confirm the action.

This is useful when managing multiple Offers simultaneously (e.g., seasonal campaigns ending).
