What happens when I downgrade to the Free (Lite) plan?

Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle, whether monthly or annual.

Updated this week

When you downgrade to the Free (Lite) plan, your plan change is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means you won’t lose access to any features right away.

Scheduled downgrade explained

  • You keep access to your current paid plan until the end of your billing period.

  • Your account automatically switches to the Free (Lite) plan when that period ends.

  • There are no immediate changes after confirming the downgrade.

Example: Monthly plan

If your billing date is the 15th of each month:

  • You downgrade on October 10th.

  • Your current plan continues until October 14th.

  • On October 15th, your account changes to the Free (Lite) plan.

Example: Annual plan

If your subscription renews every January 1st:

  • You downgrade on September 30th.

  • Your plan stays active until December 31st.

  • On January 1st, you’ll move to the Free (Lite) plan.

Additional details

  • You won’t be charged again unless you choose to upgrade.

  • Once the downgrade takes effect, it can’t be reversed for the same billing cycle.
