When you start a trial, you get access to explore all features. However, some features have sending limits during the trial to prevent abuse and ensure fair use.
Trial-specific limits
During your trial, the following limits apply:
Pre-orders: Limited to 5 total orders during the trial.
SMS messages: You can send up to 5 SMS messages.
These limits apply across your entire trial period. Once the limit is reached, you won’t be able to send more until you upgrade to a paid plan.
During your trial period, you can switch between any available plans. However, this won't reset or increase the usage limits for pre-order or SMS - those stay capped at 5 actions each for the entire trial.
Other feature limits
All other usage limits follow the plan you've selected during the trial including:
Back in stock requests and notifications
Wishlist actions
These features use the same limits as the plan you're trialing (e.g. Starter, Standard, etc). If you want to view or change your selected trial plan, you can do that in your billing settings.
What happens after the trial?
Once your trial ends, your usage limits will adjust based on the plan you choose to continue with. If you don’t upgrade, your access will revert to the Free (Lite) plan with its default feature limitations.
