Understanding your plan’s usage limits

See what’s included in your plan each month, how usage is counted, and where to track it.

Updated over a week ago

Your Notify Me plan includes a monthly allowance for key features like Notifications, Back-in-stock Requests, and Wishlist actions. This article explains what counts toward those limits, how to track your usage, and what happens if you go over.

Where to Check Your Usage

You can view your current usage on your homepage dashboard, displayed in usage cards at the top.

Each card shows:

  • How much you’ve used (e.g., “45 of 50 notifications sent”)

  • A color-coded progress bar so you can see your status at a glance

Understanding Usage Colors

The color of each progress bar shows your usage status:

Color

Meaning

Example

Green

You're within your monthly limit. No action needed.

You've sent 20 of 50 notifications this month.

Orange

You've passed your plan’s soft limit. You can still use the feature, but an add-on fee applies.

You've sent 55 notifications on a plan that includes 50.

Red

You've reached a hard limit. The feature is now locked until your usage resets or you upgrade.

You’ve sent 50 notifications on a plan with a hard cap of 50 and cannot send more.

Green (Unlimited)

The feature is not limited for your plan. You can use it freely.

Wishlist actions are unlimited for legacy plans without billing permission.

Add-on fees are charges that apply when usage goes beyond your monthly allowance. To learn more, see this article.

What Counts Toward Usage

Currently, these actions count toward your monthly limits:

  • Back-in-stock requests: When a customer subscribes to be notified about an out-of-stock product.

  • Notifications sent: When a back-in-stock email is sent to a customer.

  • Wishlist actions: When a customer adds a product to their wishlist.

More features may be added in the future. We’ll update this page as needed.

When Usage Resets

Your usage resets at the start of each billing cycle along with your included monthly limits.
