This setup gives you the flexibility of monthly billing with the savings of an annual commitment.
Even though you're on an annual plan, you'll see monthly invoices in Shopify. This invoice covers your transaction fees including SMS, Preorder and extra usage on various segments of Notify Me.
How Annual Plans Work
When you select an annual plan, you’ll be redirected to Shopify to approve billing.
You’ll commit to 12 months of service.
Your plan limits are based on yearly usage.
Any SMS and PreOrder usage is billed monthly as a separate transaction fee.

Buying an Annual Plan
You'll start with a 7-day trial. During this time, you can move between annual plans and monthly plans.
After trial ends, you'll be billed the amount stated in your Plan page.
Transaction fees will be charged monthly (SMS, Preorder, and extra fees)
Upgrading your Annual Plan
You can upgrade at any time.
You’ll only pay the difference based on how much of your old plan you’ve used.
Your limits increase immediately.
Downgrading your Annual Plan
You can downgrade at any time.
You’ll receive a partial refund based on how much time remains in your current plan.
Your limits adjust to the new plan right away.
Canceling Your Annual Plan
You can switch to:
A monthly plan: Takes effect immediately. No refunds.
The Free plan: You'll stay on your current plan till the end of your cycle. No refunds.
If you uninstall the app, your annual contract ends immediately and there are no refunds.

Why don’t I see Annual Plans in my dashboard?
If you don’t see the Annual toggle, it’s likely because you’re on one of our older plans.
Merchants on legacy monthly plans won’t see Annual as an option. To access it, you’ll need to switch to one of our new plans.I’m already on Annual - do I need to switch?
If you’re on an old annual plan, you may be missing features like Wishlist and clear overage tracking. Your plan also treats SMS and PreOrders differently, which can limit your experience.
Can I cancel my Annual Plan?
Yes, but you’ll remain on your Annual Plan until the end of your 12-month cycle. Refunds are not provided if you cancel early.
Can I switch from Annual to Monthly?
Yes, you can move to a Monthly Plan at any time. The switch is immediate, but please note that there are no refunds for unused annual time.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling ends your Annual Plan immediately. You won’t be charged further, but you won’t receive a refund for unused time.
Do my limits reset every month?
No. Annual Plans give you a yearly allowance of usage. You can use it at your own pace throughout the year.
What if I go over my annual limits?
You won’t be blocked. You can continue using the features, and any extra usage will be billed monthly as overages.
