This article explains how SMS charges work, where you can see them, and how they appear on your Shopify invoice.
How SMS Pricing Works
SMS is an optional paid feature in Notify Me.
You are only charged for messages actually sent to customers.
SMS costs vary by:
Destination country (where your customer is located)
Number of messages sent

Where You See SMS Charges
Your SMS charges appear in two places:
Notify Me Dashboard β Under Add-on Charges for real-time tracking.
Shopify Invoice β Grouped under Transaction fees with other usage-based charges (e.g., PreOrder fees, extra notifications).
Charges are tracked in real time but billed according to your next Shopify billing cycle.
What Affects Your SMS Bill
You are billed based on:
The number of SMS messages sent.
The rate for each country where messages are delivered.
The Shopify billing period (e.g., June 8 to July 7).
There are no fixed bundles or minimums β you only pay for what you send.
