Your store's Collections Pages are a great starting point for customers to browse and find products they love. But what happens if an entire collection is sold out? Typically, a "Sold Out" tag appears on the collection, and customers may abandon their search, looking elsewhere for what they need.

That’s where the Notify Me button for collection pages can help. You can place a "Notify Me" button on sold-out collections, allowing customers to easily request notifications without having to click into the collection itself—something they may rarely do when they see it's out of stock.

To enable the collection page Notify Me button:

  1. Go to Back in Stock > Settings.

  2. Select Edit for the Visibility status.

  3. Toggle on the Collection page button in the Activated pages.

The button will appear on the collection pages once it is activated, as shown in the image below.
