How to Activate Back-in-Stock Push Notifications

Notify Me! offers various channels for sending back-in-stock notifications to your customers, including email, SMS, and web push notifications. Among these, web push notifications are a highly effective way to reach your audience. We've integrated Notify Me! with PushOwl, a leading provider of push notifications, to enhance your ability to engage customers. Follow the steps below to set up this integration.

Important: You must install PushOwl to use this integration.

Steps to Activate Back-in-Stock Push Notifications

  1. Log in to Notify Me!'s Dashboard

    • Start by logging into your Notify Me! account.

  2. Navigate to the Back in Stock Tab

    • Once logged in, go to the Back in Stock tab in your dashboard.

  3. Open Settings

    • Click on the Settings option to configure your notifications.

  4. Edit Notifications

    • In the Back-in-stock Notifications section, you'll see a list of notifications available for you to send.

    • Click the Edit button next to the First Alert Notification, Reminder, or Thank You Message to customize these notifications.

  5. Select Push Notification Option

    • In the edit screen, you'll see the Push Notification option along with other available channels (e.g., Email, SMS).

    • Select the Push option to enable push notifications.

  6. Save Your Settings

    • Once you've selected the Push option, click Save to confirm your changes.

You're All Set!

Your store is now set to send push notifications whenever items are restocked. This real-time notification system will help increase customer engagement and boost sales.
