We've launched a new pricing system to give you better control, scalability, and fairer access as your store grows. Here's a breakdown of the key changes:
What's Changed?
1. Soft Cap Billing (Instead of Hard Cap):
Before: Once you hit your usage limit (e.g., notifications), the feature stopped working.
Now: You can keep using the feature beyond your limit. Any extra usage is billed per action.
2. New Plan Structure:
Updated tiers and names
Gated access to lower tiers for qualified small businesses
Enterprise plan now sales-assisted only
Discounts are interactive (click-to-apply)
The table below shows how pricing, limits, and access differ between the current and new plans.
Old Pricing
Plan | Old Pricing |
Essentials | $19.90/month |
Pro | $39.90/month |
Premium | $69.90/month |
Notify Me Plus | $250.90/month |
New Pricing
Plan | New Pricing |
Kickstart* | $9.90/month |

*Kickstart ($9.90) is available only to eligible small businesses (Basic Shopify plan, < 1 year old).
Under the new pricing system, usage is not blocked when you hit your limit. Instead, you continue using the feature and are charged a small per-action fee.
What happens if you go over the limit
These are the overage fees (per extra action):
Plan name | Extra back in stock actions | Extra Wishlist actions |
Kickstart | $1.5 per 10 actions | $10 per 100 actions |
Starter | $1.5 per 10 actions | $10 per 100 actions |
Standard | $1.25 per 10 actions | $5.00 per 100 actions |
Rocket | $1.00 per 10 actions | $4.00 per 100 actions |
Notify Me Plus | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Wishlist limits and billing
Wishlist actions are included in both the old and new pricing models if you have granted transaction fee permission.
Included monthly limits:
Kickstart : 2000 actions
Starter: 2000 actions
Standard: 5000 actions
Rocket: 10000 actions
Notify Me Plus: Unlimited
If you exceed these limits, extra actions are billed per your plan’s overage rate.
Transaction Fee Permission
Granting transaction fee permission is required to use Wishlist features and soft cap billing.
If you haven’t granted permission:
Wishlist will not work.
Notifications will stop working once you reach the monthly limit (hard cap).
If you have granted permission:
Wishlist will work with a monthly limit and soft cap billing.
Notifications will remain on hard cap until you switch to the new pricing plan.
