What is Low Stock?
The "Low Stock" widget in the Notify Me app lets you display a notification button when a product's inventory is low. To ensure this widget appears correctly on your store, follow the steps below.
How to Enable the Low Stock Widget
1. Turn on the App Embed in Shopify
To make the widget visible on your storefront, the Notify Me app embed must be activated.
Steps:
Go to your Shopify admin and open the Themes section.
Click Customize on your current (live) theme.
In the theme editor, open the App Embeds tab.
Toggle Notify Me! to the ON position.
Click Save.
2. Activate the Low Stock Widget from the Notify Me App
There are three ways to turn on the Low Stock widget inside the app.
Option 1: One-click Setup
Open the Notify Me app.
Under the Low Stock section, click Turn on.
Then click Continue to confirm.
Option 2: Customize Widget Appearance
Open the Notify Me app.
Go to the Low Stock section.
Click Customize Appearance.
Use the toggle switch to enable or disable the widget.
Option 3: Use Visibility Settings
Open the Notify Me app.
Navigate to the Low Stock section.
Click Settings.
In the Visibility section, click Edit.
Check or uncheck the box to control visibility.
