how to export your sent notification

You can easily export your sent notifications to a CSV file for deeper insights. To do this, navigate to Back in Stock and then click on the View reports button in the Sent notifications section in Quick reports in your Notify me! app via your Shopify admin panel. Simply click on 'Export' button. An email containing the CSV file will be sent to your Notify me! contact email.

The CSV file has 6 columns which are as follows:

Product URL

The address of the product that the subscriber has requested.

Email

The email address of the subscriber (e.g. [email protected])

phone_number

The email address of the subscriber (e.g. 359724673302)

Email status

The status of the sent email out of Sent, Failed, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Ordered.

sms status

The status of the sent SMS out of Sent, Failed, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Ordered.

subscribe_at

Date and time of which the request was created.

sent_at

Date and time of which the notification was sent.

Product Title
​

Name of the product that the subscriber has requested. (e.g. Tennis is my love - Vinyl Sticker)

Variant Title

Name of the variant of the product that the subscriber has requested. (e.g. size variants: xs, xl, etc.)

Product Status

Status of the product in your Shopify admin panel like Active, Draft.

Product Type

Type of the product in your Shopify like Suits, Dresses, etc.

SKU

SKU of the variant if it has one.

Vendor

Vendor of the subscribed product.
