Delivery Fulfillment Trigger Options
You can choose from three fulfillment trigger options, each affecting the shipment date variable in different ways:v
Fulfillment Immediately
Orders are marked as Unfulfilled as soon as they’re placed.
The shipment date in the email displays: "As soon as possible."
Fulfillment Date up to You
Orders are marked as On-hold.
You decide when to move them to Unfulfilled.
The email will still display: "As soon as possible."
Fulfillment on an Exact Time
Orders are marked as Scheduled.
They automatically move to Unfulfilled on the date you choose.
The email will display that specific shipment date.

To configure Your Pre-Order Fulfillment Settings Based on Your Shipping Preference, follow these steps:
Go to the Preorder section in the app.
Navigate to Settings → Preorder Logics.
Locate the "Delivery Fulfillment Trigger" setting.
Choose one of the following:
Fulfillment Immediately
Fulfillment Date up to You
Fulfillment on an Exact Time (you’ll be prompted to set the date)
Save your changes.
The shipment date shown in your confirmation emails will now match your fulfillment process.
