How to Add an Email Address to Receive Reports

f you'd like to add an email address (including a Gmail account) to receive notifications for new back-in-stock requests you have or performance reports, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Notify Me! Dashboard. Go to your Notify Me! app dashboard and select Settings from the menu.

  2. Access the Notifications Settings. In the Settings section, click on Notifications.

  3. Add an Email Address.

    • Under the Contact Points section, enter the desired email address in the "Email" field.

    • This can be any email address, including free email providers like Gmail.

  4. Enable Notifications.

    • In the Notifications section, ensure that:

      • Performance reports are enabled if you want to receive reports at a specific interval (daily, weekly, or monthly).

      • New back-in-stock request reports are enabled if you'd like to get notified when a certain number of new requests are received.

  5. Save Your Settings. Click Save to ensure your changes are applied.

Note: There is no need for domain verification to add an email address for receiving notifications. However, if you're setting up an email address to send notifications to your customers (e.g., for back-in-stock alerts), you may need to verify the domain.

Troubleshooting: If you’re not receiving notifications, check your spam folder or verify the email address entered in the settings. For further assistance, contact our support team.
