You can set up a Delivery Policy for reminder notifications to better match your preferences. This allows you to control when and how reminder notifications are sent to users who have shown interest in back-in-stock items. Follow these steps to configure the policy:

Steps to Set Up the Delivery Policy for Reminder Notifications

  1. Access the 'Back in Stock' Tab

    • Go to the 'Back in Stock' tab in your "Notify Me!" app.

  2. Navigate to Settings

    • Click on Settings in the menu.

  3. Edit Reminder Notification

    • In the Back-in-stock notifications section, click Edit for the Reminder Notification. This is where you will find the Delivery Policy feature.

Configure Reminder Notification Settings

  1. Set Reminder Timing

    • In the first section, choose how many days after the first back-in-stock notification the reminder should be sent. You can select a range from 1 day to 5 days.

  2. Choose User Group for Reminder

    • In the second section, select which group of users will receive the reminder:

      • Users who received the first notification but did not make a purchase.

      • Users who clicked on the first notification but did not make a purchase.

By configuring these settings, you can ensure that reminder notifications are sent to the right users at the optimal time, increasing the chances of conversion.
