You can set up a Delivery Policy for reminder notifications to better match your preferences. This allows you to control when and how reminder notifications are sent to users who have shown interest in back-in-stock items. Follow these steps to configure the policy:
Steps to Set Up the Delivery Policy for Reminder Notifications
Access the 'Back in Stock' Tab
Go to the 'Back in Stock' tab in your "Notify Me!" app.
Navigate to Settings
Click on Settings in the menu.
Edit Reminder Notification
In the Back-in-stock notifications section, click Edit for the Reminder Notification. This is where you will find the Delivery Policy feature.
Configure Reminder Notification Settings
Set Reminder Timing
In the first section, choose how many days after the first back-in-stock notification the reminder should be sent. You can select a range from 1 day to 5 days.
Choose User Group for Reminder
In the second section, select which group of users will receive the reminder:
Users who received the first notification but did not make a purchase.
Users who clicked on the first notification but did not make a purchase.
By configuring these settings, you can ensure that reminder notifications are sent to the right users at the optimal time, increasing the chances of conversion.
